Beginning November 11, when you order Western Union-branded supplies, you will be automatically directed to the WU Shop.
It’s a new platform where you’ll use your existing ID and password to log in and order the Western Union materials you need.
The WU Shop user manual can be downloaded here. Read through it to become familiar with the new platform,
and share it with employees who order Western Union-branded supplies for your Agent location(s).
Note: When you log into the WU shop, you will use the SAME ID and password that you currently use to order Western Union-branded materials.
